A Team subscription never combines employee accounts into one shared provider tenant. Each member retains a separate Nilyo identity, permanent Unipile Scope, encrypted scoped key, OAuth grants and connected accounts.
Billing administrators can invite or revoke seats and inspect connection health. They cannot read messages, email or calendars and cannot act from a member's accounts by default. If someone needs a second account from the same provider, the company adds another isolated user seat.
Each connected provider identity counts once. Email can use a supported IMAP, Google or Microsoft mailbox; Email and Calendar from the same Google or Microsoft identity still count as one connection. Personal and each Team user may connect one account from every supported provider.
Yes. Personal Plus belongs to one user and one isolated Scope, but its ten connected accounts can be freely mixed across providers. The agent must disambiguate the intended account before external writes.
Annual plans are paid once and cost exactly ten monthly payments: €290, €490 or €1,990. The smaller monthly number is the effective cost over twelve months.
No by default. The organization controls payment and membership, while provider content remains isolated to each member. Any future delegated access would need explicit consent, audit logs and a separate product decision.
