Designed for people who want agent-assisted email outside Gmail and Outlook. The agent works only with accounts connected to your Nilyo user.
What you can ask your agent to do
Locate and read the source email
Your agent completes a clear Nilyo action and keeps the result linked to the correct provider account for the next step.
Use the correct RFC Message-ID for threading
Your agent completes a clear Nilyo action and keeps the result linked to the correct provider account for the next step.
Send only after the final content is explicit
Your agent completes a clear Nilyo action and keeps the result linked to the correct provider account for the next step.
How this workflow works
- Ask the agent to find the conversation and show the latest relevant message.
- Review or edit the proposed reply.
- State clearly that the agent may send the final version from the selected account.
After a timeout, do not immediately send again. The first write may have succeeded, so verify sent state before retrying.
Questions people ask
Can it reply rather than create a new email?
Yes, when the source message supplies the threading identifier required by the provider.
Can it attach a file?
Supported email send operations accept attachments according to the exact V2 schema.
Will retries duplicate emails?
Nilyo tells agents not to blindly retry ambiguous writes; they should inspect state first.
Why use Nilyo for this?
Nilyo gives your chosen agent access only to the accounts you connect. Your provider passwords are never shown to the agent, and reading information does not silently authorize sending, inviting or deleting.
If several accounts, people or companies match, the agent asks you to clarify. If the result of an important action is uncertain, it checks what happened before attempting it again.
